Bereaved Parents – Bereaved Parents of the USA was founded in 1995 by a group of bereaved parents from across the country. UPAYA – Roshi Joan Halifax founded Upaya Zen Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The center is well known for the training provided on being around death and in supporting and taking care of people who are dying. A wonderful, compassionate center for retreats, meditation or yoga.
